For those that are short on time or without a vehicle, drop off and pick up services can be arranged within our operating hours. Fees for this service are calculated according to your location. Please feel free to contact us to make transport arrangements.

Located minutes from the Ottawa airport, pick up and delivery services are available for pets seven days a week. We can also board your pet over night while they wait for they connecting flight. Please feel free to contact us to make arrangements.

When you are on vacation, if your pet needs medication, food or special needs we can provide this service for your. Speak with one of our team members for more information.

Medication

If your pet needs medication, we can administer this for you. Please bring all medications and detailed instructions. Service fees will apply.

Special Diets

We can accommodation your pet’s special diet. We have a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge and freezer. Please bring the food in clearly marked containers.
